Medication Guidelines:

All medications to be taken at school is to be checked into the office/clinic at the beginning will be given in the clinic area only.

All medications to be taken at school MUST have a written note with the following information:

* Student name
* Medicine name
* Time to be taken
* Amount to be taken
* Parent signature
All medications must be in the original container with a proper label. This includes prescription Tylenol, and other over-the-counter medications.
Over the counter and/or Prescription medications will NOT be given without a physician's order and a note from the parent.
If you fell that the student must keep certain medicines with him/her at all times, due to special circumstances, contact the school nurse.
With you cooperation, we can better insure a safe environment for all students.
